Starting Salary Range:
$38k per year + Commission
Overview We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new leads, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound customers, cultivating relationships and following up on leads to drive sales
Effectively promote our products and services while providing exceptional customer service
Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and meet sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve sales objectives
Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, text) to engage with customers
Identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
Previous experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
Background in selling durable or soft goods highly desired
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and KPIs
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with online sales experience a plus
Fluency in English required, additional languages a bonus
Education and Training
High school diploma/GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
