Overview We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow sales of construction, landscape, and rental equipment. This role is ideal for a motivated, field-based sales professional who enjoys building relationships, visiting job sites, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow sales/rental territory
Prospect new customers including contractors, landscapers, and rental accounts
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct job site visits and equipment demos
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Coordinate with service, parts, and rental teams to support customers
Stay current on product lines, market trends, and competitors
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of outside sales experience (equipment, construction, landscape, rental, or related industry preferred)
Strong relationship-building and closing skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Basic computer skills (CRM, email, mobile tools)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Experience
Construction, landscape, or rental equipment sales
Capital equipment, rental, or fleet sales
Knowledge of contractors and job site operations
