About the Role
Estimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000 - $90,000
Uncapped commission and earnings.
Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
Leads are generated through a combination of walk‑ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
Experience with a CRM preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
