E&R Towing is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to grow our footprint across the Chicagoland area. This role is focused onsecuring towing agreements and support contractswith property owners, property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, and municipalities.

If you excel at building long-term partnerships and opening doors through persistence and professionalism, this role offers strong earning potential and real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engageproperty owners, property managers, HOAs, commercial sites, and retail centers

Present E&R Towing’s services and negotiatetowing agreements and support contracts

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts throughout Chicagoland

Maintain strong ongoing relationships with contracted properties to ensure satisfaction and retention

Coordinate internally to ensure contracted services are delivered as agreed

Track outreach, leads, and agreements in an organized and professional manner

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience inB2B sales, account development, or contract-based selling

Comfortable withcold outreach, in-person visits, and relationship-driven sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Familiarity withproperty management, commercial real estate, or service contractsis a strong plus

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland area

$20-$25 per hour DOE pluscommission structure tied to contracts secured
