Overview
The Lead Retail Sales Representative’s main function is to oversee and maintain the operations of the retail stores on property.
Responsibilities
Assists Retail Manager in all functions of Retail Operations within the hotel, as directed.
Assists Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all retail shops and vending.
Hiring, training, and scheduling of retail and vending staff.
Responsible for daily ordering for gift shops and vending.
Directly supervises all retail sales representatives and retail stock persons.
Assists in monthly inventory.
Qualifications
At least one year or more of security experience in a high-volume hotel or casino.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Tipped Position This position does not earn tips.
