Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Jacksonville, FL. Core responsibilities include building relationships with customers, managing and growing accounts, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves lead generation, responding to client inquiries, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The Inside Sales Representative plays a strategic part in meeting sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth. Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to successfully identify and pursue business opportunities. Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster long-term client relationships. Experience in Account Management to handle business relationships effectively and ensure operational success. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with the team. Knowledge of renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage.
