Job Description Insight Global is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Membership Sales Representative with experience in luxury or high-end sales to join a growing private aviation team in Boston. This role focuses on working with an exclusive client base, offering a premium membership based program designed for efficiency, flexibility, and elevated travel experiences. You’ll be responsible for growing a client portfolio, developing long-term relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients who value premium service and personalized solutions. You will work closely with private aviation brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure members receive a seamless, luxury service experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury or high-end sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals

Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients

Present and sell a membership-based product

Negotiate terms and close sales

Collaborate with private aviation brokers to expand membership opportunities

Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and premium service delivery

Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance against targets

Represent the business at client events and industry functions
