Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in King of Prussia, PA, for a Customer Sales Specialist. The individual in this role will engage with prospects and customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include presenting products, addressing customer inquiries, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additionally, the Customer Sales Specialist will contribute to team training initiatives, track sales progress, and collaborate with team members to meet individual and collective targets.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport and understand client needs effectively. Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to close deals while providing tailored solutions for customers. Analytical Skills for assessing customer requirements and identifying optimal products or services. Experience or ability in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall group performance. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for providing outstanding service. High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
