The Gove Group Real Estate is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Agent to represent and sell established and upcoming new construction communities throughout New Hampshire and Southern Maine.

We don’t

“offer”

new construction.

We lead it.

As the #1 team for new home sales in New Hampshire, our systems, builder partnerships, and market presence position our agents at the forefront of the industry.

What This Role Really Looks Like: This is not a desk job. This is not passive sales.

You will:

Represent and sell current and future new construction communities

Lead buyers confidently from first meeting through contract, construction, and closing

Work directly with respected regional builders and development teams

Deliver polished on-site and virtual sales presentations

Host weekend open houses and evening appointments as part of your standard workflow

Proactively market inventory, timelines, and community opportunities

Maintain documentation and compliance at a professional, detail-oriented level

Requirements

2+ years of real estate sales experience preferred

Consistent weekend and evening availability

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and presentation skills
