Role Description This is a commission‑based role for a Patient Conversion Specialist responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads and converting them into active medical cases.
The primary objective of this role is to:
Engage qualified leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Build trust and educate patients about treatment options abroad
Guide patients through the consultation process
Secure commitment from patients to submit medical records
Follow up consistently until the patient confirms treatment booking
This role is highly performance-driven, with earnings directly tied to successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound patient inquiries promptly
Conduct structured discovery calls to understand patient needs
Address objections and build patient confidence
Follow up persistently until the patient submits medical records
Coordinate internally once a case becomes active
Maintain organized CRM records and track conversion status
Achieve agreed monthly conversion targets
Compensation Structure
Commission paid per successful client conversion (paid full and is onboarded)
Confirmed treatment booking
High earning potential based on performance
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong phone communication and persuasion skills
Confident closer with sales experience
High emotional intelligence and empathy (patients may be anxious)
Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups
Self‑motivated and target‑driven
Prior experience in medical tourism, healthcare sales, insurance sales, or high‑ticket sales is a strong plus
Ability to work independently with discipline
