Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Carpenter role. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute various construction and remodeling tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and installation. Daily responsibilities include operating power tools, using precision hand tools, and ensuring all structural work aligns with high-quality and safety standards. Additionally, the Lead Carpenter will work collaboratively with project managers and builders to maintain project timelines and specifications while mentoring team members and contractors.
Qualifications
Proficiency in general Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
Skilled in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
Experience in Framing and structural construction
Strong understanding of safety protocols and attention to detail
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors
Proven experience interpreting blueprints and technical plans
High school diploma or equivalent; carpentry certification or vocational training is a plus
Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and carry materials
