Qualifications Strong expertise in Case Management to assess and support resident needs effectively. Experience in Social Housing and Affordable Housing programs, with a focus on helping individuals and families secure suitable accommodations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively with diverse populations and community stakeholders. Experience in conducting needs assessments and ensuring compliance with housing regulations is a plus. Proficiency with relevant software and technology used in housing programs and case management systems. Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
