ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Input data into computer.
Generate a high volume of leasing deals by identifying new prospects and cultivating growth.
Accompany prospective residents to models and vacant apartments, discuss floor plans, and sell community features and amenities.
Qualify prospective residents; verify applications, credit information, and other qualifications.
Prepare lease and move‑in documentation and related paperwork.
Collect rental payments and application fees from community residents.
Promote a positive and proactive approach to resident relations and service.
Walk and inspect vacancies daily to confirm make‑ready status.
Assist in the planning and hosting of resident events.
Maintain knowledge of the marketplace through regular competitive property visits and inspections.
Requirements
Proven track record of successful sales
Up to date with property market status
MS Office familiarity
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive marketing and sales skills
