Pre-Sales & Customer Service Representative (Remote) Outbound Insurance Team | Anomaly Squared – Ready to Bring the Energy? Anomaly Squared is on the hunt for a friendly, motivated, people-loving Pre-Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Outbound Insurance team. This is a fully remote role, so your commute is officially the distance between your bed and your desk. In this position, you’ll be the first friendly voice potential clients hear. You’ll answer questions, share information about our insurance services, and help connect interested customers with our sales team. What You’ll Be Doing

Calling potential clients and sharing helpful information about our insurance services

Answering questions and guiding customers toward the best solutions

Pre-qualifying leads and smoothly transferring them to our sales team

Keeping accurate notes and staying organized like the professional you are
