We are seeking candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance or business. The ideal candidate would have an interest in a commercial real estate career.

We are seeking candidates to start between March and June 2026. This job is 100% in person at our office in Chicago's River North neighborhood.

Our firm provides transaction support, investment and advisory services to top tier institutional owners of commercial real estate as well as our firms' investment platform. Our team has executed value creation strategies for over $40 billion of parking assets and we currently have $3 billion of assets in our asset management program. Our clients own or manage Class “A” office buildings, retail centers, hotels, residential buildings, mixed-use projects and stand-alone parking structures. As the industry leader in this sector, we leverage a sophisticated, data-driven approach backed by our team's unparalleled parking, real estate and operations experience.

Parking Advisors Infrastructure Investors (“PAII”) is an investment firm focused on acquiring high quality, urban parking assets. Our GP fund partners with institutional and family office limited partners to invest in a range of different types of parking assets.

Position Overview Currently a 15-person firm, we are growing our team and seeking a full-time analyst. The analyst will gain broad exposure to commercial real estate, parking operations, financial modeling and asset management. This position is located in the company's River North office in Chicago.

The financial analyst’s job responsibilities include:

Asset Management - Ongoing financial analysis and reporting for existing assets

Acquisitions - Model new acquisitions on behalf of PAII and its clients.

Operations Assessment and Strategy Execution - Assist the team in executing value add operations strategies.

Other Projects - Support the company's other initiatives including special projects related to our proprietary technology platform.

The analyst will work closely with the firm’s principals and associates and will have direct contact with clients. The following qualities are required:

Dedicated Self Starter - Have problem solving skills and follow through on project-based work.

Communication - Have good written communication skills and communicate effectively with clients.

Economics - Understand business principles and be skilled at interpreting and analyzing financial data.

Analytics - Have strong Excel skills, preferably with experience in financial and economic modeling.

Organized - Be able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.

Compensation Base salary typically ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 and varies based on experience. Compensation will also include a discretionary bonus and other benefits.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
