Role Description We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy for a full-time, on-site position based in the Palm Beach Gardens and/or Jupiter location. In this role, you will evaluate and develop personalized therapy plans for patients, perform treatments to aid rehabilitation, and provide education on preventative care and wellness strategies. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining thorough patient records and staying informed of developments in physical therapy trends and practices. The patient population for PBOI is a heavy focus on post surgical patients, as well as a ortho/sports ortho population. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care Knowledge in Orthopedics and Medicine Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure quality patient interaction Commitment to professional growth and staying updated on advancements in the field Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience in a clinical or orthopedic setting is preferred but not required Life Insurance 401k Profit Sharing Program CEU Reimbursement Flexible Scheduling Monday through Friday (no weekends)
