Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and local events
Coordinate logistics such as booth materials, signage, swag, and vendors
Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns
Track attendance, leads, and basic ROI metrics
Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and campaigns
Assist with the creation of flyers, email graphics, social posts, and one‑pagers
Support content development for blogs, case studies, and sales materials
Update website pages, blogs, landing pages, and resources
Work within a CMS to publish and maintain content
Coordinate with designers or developers for larger updates
Monitor content accuracy and basic SEO best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of marketing, communications, or internship experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or social media
Exposure to B2B or technology marketing
Experience with Canva or Adobe tools
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
Must be willing to commute and work in the Charlotte Area
Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
