Position Customer Experience Manager (Dual‑Site)

Location: Redpoint Denton and The Arch Denton, Denton, Texas (both properties). Dual‑site opportunity. Hiring immediately.

Overview Scion is paving a path in student living and the Customer Experience Manager (CXM) is vital in delivering exceptional customer service at our larger communities. The CXM will support revenue and sales goals by implementing customer experience initiatives and fostering a customer‑centric culture, while identifying opportunities to grow relationships. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills and an all‑in work ethic.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for the Experience Team.

Assist the General Manager in ensuring staff training, compliance with Fair Housing, safety and company policies.

Plan and execute annual turnover processes, including move‑in and move‑out procedures.

Inspect and report on property curb appeal, building exterior, common areas, amenities and apartments; coordinate work orders to meet resident satisfaction.

Monitor resident feedback and manage facilities and maintenance needs.

Assist in all customer sales interactions, directing team members and using KPIs to report trends, insights and proactively address issues.

Lead the team to achieve sales and revenue goals, provide expert direction, and conduct weekly market surveys to recommend local marketing opportunities and materials.

Oversee on‑campus and in‑person marketing events, execute social media and communication strategies, and manage promotional material and property incentives within the marketing and concession budget.

Track financial performance of promotions and incentives.

Qualifications

College graduate preferred; minimum two years of customer service, sales and/or community management experience.

Willingness and ability to work up to six days per week for adequate management coverage.

Strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical skills; handles multiple complex projects with minimal guidance.

Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems.

Works well with all levels of management and independently or as part of a team; thrives in a diverse environment.

Customer‑centric mindset and exceptional communication skills.

Knowledge of brand awareness, marketing and leasing; keen organization and prioritization.

Salary Base salary range: $45,000–$55,000 + bonus + benefits.
