Mode Search are partnering with a globally recognised luxury menswear brand in their search for a Made to Measure Specialist to join their brand-new flagship opening on Madison Avenue. This is a rare opportunity to represent a modern luxury tailoring house renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, refined design, and a contemporary approach to bespoke and made-to-measure menswear. With a strong international presence and a loyal, discerning clientele, the brand is recognised for delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience. As a Made to Measure Specialist, you will act as a true brand ambassador, building long-term client relationships and delivering an exceptional end-to-end bespoke journey. This is a highly client-facing role, combining technical tailoring expertise with strong commercial acumen and service excellence. The role is based full-time onMadison Avenue, New York. The Role: Deliver an exceptional made-to-measure and bespoke client experience from consultation through to final fitting Build and nurture long-term relationships with a high-net-worth and repeat client base Advise clients on cloth selection, styling, fit, and garment construction with expert product knowledge Take accurate measurements and oversee fittings to ensure exceptional quality and fit standards Drive made-to-measure and bespoke sales performance, meeting and exceeding individual targets Maintain detailed client profiles and measurements to support repeat business and personalised service Partner closely with store leadership and wider teams to ensure seamless client journeys Represent the brand with professionalism, credibility, and confidence at all times Support trunk shows, events, and private appointments as required Requirements: Proven experience in made-to-measure or bespoke tailoring within luxury menswear Strong technical understanding of tailoring, fit, and garment construction Exceptional interpersonal and clienteling skills Commercially driven with experience working to sales targets and commission structures Confident working with high-net-worth and international clientele Polished, professional presence with a passion for luxury menswear Flexible and adaptable within a high-touch retail environment Fully covered Aetna medical insurance Company-supported dental and vision plans Life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Voluntary supplemental benefits Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with employer matching contributions after three months of service To apply, please send your CV to info@modesearch.co.uk or click the apply button.
