Summary

Are you a Marketing Maestro with 10 or more years’ experience running campaigns? If so, then maybe you’d like to be our Campaign Manager. This isn't just a job; it's the pivotal, strategic brain behind our integrated campaigns. You will be collaborating closely with our Content Manager and Events & Experiences Manager. You will turn market research into high impact segmentation and run the whole campaign extravaganza from concept to optimization. We need an experienced pro who can select and navigate the right mix of channels and keep our cross-functional teams in sync! Candidates for this position may be required to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings, including background checks, drug and alcohol tests, or other necessary assessments. Some Of The Work You Will Do

Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote water treatment products and services that target industrial, municipal, and commercial clients. Market Research & Strategy: Develop data-driven strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Work closely with the Content Manager to conduct/gather market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the water treatment sector. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Content Collaborator: Collaborate with the Content Manager to ensure campaigns contain engaging content -- including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, website copy, video scripts, social media, and sales enablement content -- that highlights how we solve customer problems. Event & Trade Show Coordination: Work with Events & Experiences Manager to ensure event and trade show participation is incorporated into campaign planning. Develop campaigns for key events to help drive attendance or traffic to our booth. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns. Work closely with sales teams to ensure high-quality lead nurturing and conversion. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Work with Marketing Operations Specialist and/or agency resources to monitor campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports on KPIs, such as ROI, lead conversion rates, and engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Budget & Project Management: Oversee campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving marketing objectives. Here Are The Skills That You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism Campaign Command: You have proven expertise in developing and managing those beautiful, high-performing multi-channel campaigns. Looking for 10 or more years of experience. The Relationship Guru: An undeniable talent for building trust and strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Digital Toolbelt: Fluency in digital marketing essentials (Project Management, Google/LinkedIn Ads, Dynamics 365 or HubSpot). The Great Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a knack for making even the most complex technical concepts sound simple and engaging. The Fun Factor: You will have a personality. Knowledge of water treatment tech or sustainability trends is awesome, but we value your marketing talent and critical thinking even more! Physical Requirements
