Senior Marketing Associate, Content & Social Media Full‑time, New York office, 605 Third Avenue.

Your Impact Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Content, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and executing content and social media strategies that drive audience engagement, increase brand visibility, and support event delegate acquisition. As a key contributor to top‑of‑funnel marketing, you’ll focus on building awareness and interest among target audiences, ensuring a steady flow of engaged prospects into the marketing funnel. Your work will help establish The AI Summit Series as the go‑to destination for commercial AI insights and innovation.

Your Role

Develop engaging, high‑quality content across multiple formats, including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, videos, and evergreen email campaigns.

Take ownership of our social media presence across platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.

Craft engaging social posts that resonate with our target audience and align with campaign objectives.

Actively respond to followers, fostering meaningful interactions and building a strong online community.

Experiment with new formats, trends and approaches to keep our social media content fresh and innovative.

Support the implementation of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and KPIs.

Create content that resonates with target audiences, driving traffic, engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimised for search engines and aligns with best practices.

Use data and insights to measure the effectiveness of content and social media efforts, and refine strategies accordingly.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales team and other stakeholders to produce customer‑centric materials that support business growth.

What You’ll Need

2‑3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and social media management.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.

A flair for generating innovative ideas and a willingness to experiment with new formats and approaches.

Ability to use data to inform decisions and optimise content strategies.

Familiarity with MarTech tools such as Google Analytics, Eloqua and social media management platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix‑style environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a “test and learn” approach to marketing challenges.

Salary: US$62,500 – $76,000 per annum.
