About The Role In this role you will bring to life seasonal in‑store floor sets and window presentations that align to our brand's vision and storytelling. Your goal is to demonstrate strong visual design skills that resonate with our customers while simultaneously transferring visual merchandising skills through coaching and training store teams to execute brand direction independently.
What You'll Do
Create high quality seasonal in‑store and window displays that ensure the brand is relevant in the competitive landscape.
Bring to life consistent styling in‑store that is aspirational and upholds the brand codes and standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of current trends and merchandising techniques in the marketplace that inspire others and drive store sales.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate seasonal product is being displayed in line with brand marketing and product launches.
Teach and coach visual merchandising execution techniques and skills to district and store leadership.
Employ strong communication skills to regularly direct and provide feedback to large audiences on visual direction and timelines, and to participate in region, district and store visits with brand leadership.
Show excellent business acumen to ensure and communicate that in‑store product selections support inventory levels and product on hand.
Make decisions based on strong knowledge of in‑store operations and support the full product lifecycle.

Ability to problem‑solve and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work independently and with the team while handling multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to assess relatively complex situations, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to Field Visual.

Salary Range: $91,700 – $128,900 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
