Digital Marketing Coordinator
who is ready to move beyond "content creation" and into
Brand Architecture . As the right hand to the Chairman, you will be responsible for the digital presence of an 8-figure ecosystem. You will ensure our message of Fiduciary Excellence and Private Market Access is delivered with institutional precision to High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, teammates, fund managers, external stakeholders, service providers and community.
Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent, high-conviction visual and narrative identity across three distinct but linked businesses.
Content Lifecycle Management: Transform high-level investment strategies and real estate deal flow into institutional-grade digital content (LinkedIn, Email Newsletters, and Investor Pitch Decks).
Campaign/CRM Optimization: Manage and refine our CRM and lead-capture systems (GoHighLevel) to ensure a seamless white-glove experience for prospective clients.
Campaign Support: Coordinate the digital surround sound for major industry conferences and private investor events.
Compliance Coordination: Work alongside the CEO to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards (training provided).
Who You Are
The "Clean" Designer: You have an eye for Institutional Minimalist design. You understand that in wealth management, less is more.
Strategic Writer: You can take a complex financial concept and turn it into a compelling Must-Read LinkedIn post or email.
Tech Navigator: You are comfortable with (or ready to master) GHL, Canva, CapCut/Adobe, and AI-driven workflow tools.
Owner Mindset: You don’t wait for a task list. You see a gap in the flywheel and you build a bridge to fix it.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business Development (Finance or Real Estate experience is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brand voices simultaneously.
High level of discretion and professional maturity (handling sensitive data).
