
SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing team in their efforts to promote our range of products and services across PrimeFlight and its network of subsidiaries. This role involves coordinating advertising campaigns, executing email marketing strategies, assisting with management of company websites, supporting event and field marketing efforts, and contributing to social media platforms to promote the company’s products, services, and initiatives. You must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. You will analyze market trends, track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure that communications are aligned and that marketing materials effectively support our company’s objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's services and products and enhance its brand image
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and market research data to inform marketing plans
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and print materials
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges for marketing efforts
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to help refine strategies
Assist with effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Assist with the creation and editing of content and graphics for various print and digital platforms including the company website, social media, digital marketing, sales collateral, and email campaigns
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines throughout all marketing materials and activities
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Strong customer service skills
Great attention to detail
You enjoy working with a team or individually to accomplish your tasks
Effectively communicate with colleagues both in‑person and through electronic means
Pass a background check and drug screen
Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time
Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms
Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three‑dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
