
TheMopar CRM MarketingSpecialist is responsible for identifying campaign opportunities through collaboration with SWX team members, Business Center counterparts,andagencies. This rolewill coordinate with marketing agencies, Information Technology resources, and Internal and External Partners to deliver effective campaignsfrom the corporation as well as through the dealer marketing portal.Theindividual in therolewillownthe planning, management, execution, andmeasurementof alldata drivenretention marketing campaigns for the brand.
Responsibilities
Planning, management, execution, and measurement of allassignedmarketing campaigns for our brands
Program andmanage the emailexecutionof the Vehicle Health Report; that is a trigger based connected vehicle marketing product suite that speaks to customers regarding vehicle issues (This entails collaborating closely with the SWX team to stay on top of any changes in data available on connected cars and tracking any concerns brought from the field)
Manage the OnDemand dealer direct marketing portal that includes new and updated marketing tacticsincludingcoordinatingmonthly with all 8 Business Centers in development of Group and Mid-Month mailers
Campaign performance measurement and analytics tomaximize revenue performance ofdata driven campaign updates
Coordinate Business center requests for customer data for digital campaigns with ICT to assure SOAP agreements are in place and that the data requests in transferred using the approved tools to meet the needs of the business centers
Manage Program Administration site and yearly execution of Mopar Open Enrollment, from program planning, BC coordination, Area Manager presentations and enrollment completion
Drive National offers, ideate market competitive offers in coordination with Business centers and dealers to use in National media and campaigns
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field
A minimum of 5 yearsofexperience
Proven capability to manipulate data and drive conclusive analysis of performance
Budget management and basic finance acumen
Ability to collaborate across the organization to integrate and ensure simplicity of message
Preferred Qualifications
Field experience, especially in Aftersales
General knowledge of dealer franchise business models
Knowledge of email deployment best practicesincluding IP health management
Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud
Working knowledge and substantial experience in communicating with business partners, developing quarterly go to market plans, managing CRM programs and creating wholesale marketing tools
