About the Role The Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in sculpting the landscape of our digital efforts. You will be responsible for all Soudal USA social media platforms. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement all digital strategies across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Creating and managing digital content, artwork and design for our website, social media platforms and internal communication.
Create engaging content for marketing materials, including copywriting, videos, product photos, and social media posts.
Development of advertising materials, including print ads, brochures, and digital assets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze data to derive actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
Manage and uphold the brand identity across all marketing channels.
Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice to strengthen brand recognition.
Monitor social media platforms & marketing campaigns to optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Develop and engage in content creation for digital marketing.
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to sales team.
Establish KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives by generating reports to establish progress.
Ability to produce content including photography, lighting, editing in line with brand guidelines.
Assist with internal and external communication to keep stakeholders informed.
Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events or conferences if needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
Required Skills
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Office, and other design software and tools.
Photography is required.
Knowledge of Hootsuite or other media management programs.
Creative, innovative, and attentive to details.
Agile worker able to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
