About this role
This is not a traditional position. Claude's social presence is growing fast, and enterprise is where the next chapter of that growth lives. We're launching new owned surfaces for Claude for Enterprise and building the storytelling infrastructure that turns awareness on social into trust. This role owns that. You'll sit at the intersection of brand, product, and sales — translating complex enterprise value into stories for enterprise buyers. You'll work closely with revenue marketing, solutions marketing, and our creative teams to tell the stories of enterprise customers. Reporting to the Organic Social Lead, you'll have significant autonomy to shape both strategy and execution. Responsibilities
Build and launch Claude for Enterprise's social presence— define how Claude shows up for business buyers Manage strategy, content calendar, voice, and day-to-day execution across relevant social channels Develop customer stories and use-case content that enterprise buyers find useful and credible Shape how product launches are communicated to an enterprise audience Coordinate with sales and demand-generation teams to ensure social content supports the broader enterprise pipeline Track performance using engagement, sentiment, and other relevant metrics Collaborate with the creative team on asset production You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or enterprise comms Strong editorial judgement and instincts for messaging and framing Ability to operate with high autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — startup, agency, or founder experience strongly preferred Experience building or scaling a LinkedIn presence for a B2B brand Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams A genuine curiosity about AI and how organizations are adopting it Willingness to become a deep Claude user The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. $200,000 - $255,000 USD Logistics

We require at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:
