has a SaaS Technology client in Austin, TX looking for a highly organized and execution-focused
Marketing Events Coordinator
to support go-to-market initiatives across agency and technology partnerships. This hybrid role requires three days per week in office and is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing campaigns, events, and co-marketing programs to life. This is a six-month contract opportunity supporting a well-known, innovative commerce platform. Travel up to 25% may be required for partner events.
Responsibilities
Support execution of joint marketing campaigns including email, content, demand generation, and live events
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and logistics to ensure partner initiatives stay on track
Assist with acquisition-focused events, including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site support
Manage project plans, budgets, invoice processing, and administrative tasks tied to programs
Track performance metrics and assist with post-campaign and post-event reporting
Requirements
1+ year of experience in marketing, partner marketing, events, or campaign support
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with B2B, SaaS, ecommerce, or technology marketing preferred
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
