Job Summary
Under general supervision, calls and visits automotive dealers within a set territory to sell credit application products and services. Increases the number of retail installment contracts sold to automotive customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Sells PFS products and services by building and maintaining relationships with automotive dealers
Travels within assigned territory to conduct face to face meetings with new and existing dealerships at a minimum of 50 calls a week (10 dealers per day) with at least 5 new dealers contacted a week
Assists in mitigating service issues
Negotiates deals with automotive dealers to close contracts for financing
Ensures proper advertising and promotional items are made available to dealers
Completes and submits weekly summary reports
Prompt and regular attendance is required
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the automotive dealer/finance industry
General knowledge of auto finance industry and industry competitors
Maintain valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation to use for work
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
This position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.

Physical Requirements This is an outside sales position that will spend more than 50% of their time traveling and handling sales away from the base office. This position consistently operates a cellular phone and laptop/computer and occasionally operates other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, and computer printer. Requires the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Requires the ability to drive a vehicle.
Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required.
