Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Integrated Marketing Specialist with expertise in B2B marketing to join our growing team.

You will support our Chains segment and work alongside marketing leads and sales teams to plan and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive parts sales, reinforce our brand, and strengthen our partnerships.

A Typical Day (Key Responsibilities)

Draft creative briefs and attend kickoff meetings to relay campaign goals and strategies.

Coordinate and support events, tradeshows and conferences, managing promotions, registrations, and follow‑up campaigns.

Act as liaison between creative, e‑commerce, sales teams and external vendors to finalize and launch campaign assets (emails, landing pages, ads, fliers, etc.).

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.

Coordinate production of marketing assets such as sales collateral (fliers), case studies, presentations, and email campaigns tailored to the distinct needs of the Chains audience.

Maintain the marketing campaign calendar and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Support day‑to‑day content updates for Chain custom microsites, ensuring a consistent and timely content experience.

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates).

Assist with CRM and marketing automation processes (Salesforce) to manage campaigns and proactive outreach.

Collaborate with sales to provide marketing support, including follow‑up campaigns, sales decks, and account‑specific materials.

Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all B2B communication channels.

Leverage data and customer insights to customize content and messaging for the Chains audience.

Coordinate swag programs and promotional giveaways for customers, ensuring items align with Parts Town branding, campaign messaging, and customer engagement goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience, preferably in B2B marketing.

Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, the buyer’s journey, and account‑based marketing strategies.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.

Salary & Benefits Salary range: $55,185.41 – $74,474.75 annually (approx. $26.53 – $35.80 hourly). Compensation may include a profit‑sharing program and an annual bonus depending on the role. We also offer health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, sick time, holidays, parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
