Role Summary: The Field Marketing Manager plays a critical execution‑focused role within the Field Marketing organization, supporting the successful delivery of regional and segment‑specific marketing programs across Channel, Wholesale, and Enterprise.

This role is responsible for the

tactical planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing initiatives , ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of events and campaigns that drive customer engagement and support revenue growth. Working closely with Senior Field Marketing Managers, this position helps ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to defined objectives.

This role is also designed as a

developmental pipeline

for future Marketing roles, providing hands‑on exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, field execution, and performance measurement in a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Job Scope/Supervision: This role will report to a Senior Field Marketing Manager, and work with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Duties and Responsibilities: Program & Event Execution

Support the execution of field marketing programs including trade shows, webinars, partner events, regional activations, and sales-driven engagements.

Manage event logistics from planning through execution, including timelines, vendors, venues, assets, shipping, and on‑site coordination.

Ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across multiple segments and regions.

Operational & Tactical Support

Coordinate budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications to ensure accurate and timely program delivery.

Manage registration tools, attendee communications, and event follow‑up logistics.

Maintain detailed project plans and provide regular status updates to ensure alignment with Marketing stakeholders, including Senior Field Marketing Managers, Corporate Marketing and Sales Team.

Sales & Partner Enablement

Partner with sales teams to support field‑driven initiatives and localized activations.

Assist in the preparation of sales‑facing materials, event briefs, and post‑event summaries to support follow‑up and pipeline progression.

Measurement & Reporting

Support post‑event reporting, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.

Compile and organize metrics related to attendance, engagement, and execution quality to inform optimization and future planning.

Cross‑functional Collaboration

Work closely with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and execution consistency.

Serve as a reliable execution partner, translating plans into high‑quality delivery.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, or campaign execution.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with a high attention to detail.

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, DemandBase).

Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

Experience supporting field events, trade shows, or partner marketing programs.

Exposure to B2B technology, telecom, or enterprise solutions marketing.

Strong analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking and ROI measurement.

Hours/Travel/Shift: This is largely a remote home‑office role, with travel not expected to exceed 20‑30%.
