About Revive Real Estate
Revive is a venture-backed proptech company built on the belief that the future starts at home. While most people see renovation as a project, we built it as a path to real wealth for homeowners. By connecting renovation with financing and selling, we create new ways to buy, sell, and unlock value, giving homeowners real control over their biggest asset.
At Revive, ownership is real and impact is visible. We move fast, challenge broken systems, and hold a high bar for clarity and outcomes. If you want to work on problems that matter and see your work translate into real-world change, this is where you will do your best work.
What we offer
Competitive salary & benefits in a high-growth, VC-backed company
Real ownership, clear accountability, and the authority to make decisions that matter
Direct working relationships with Revive’s founders and senior leaders on initiatives that shape how the company grows
The opportunity to design and build in a company where craft, clarity, and outcomes are valued
A fast-moving environment where strong work leads to more responsibility and more opportunity
Flexibility in how and where you work, paired with high expectations for impact
A culture that values contribution, judgment, and follow-through over titles or tenure
Revive is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on contribution, capability, and alignment with how we work.
Why this role exists At Revive, we believe renovation is not just a project — it is a path to real wealth for homeowners. Design sits at the center of that transformation. The Interior Designer role exists to translate strategy into spaces that elevate both customer experience and property value. This position is critical to ensuring every renovation balances aesthetics, functionality, budget discipline, and resale impact.
As Revive scales, we need designers who can operate with ownership and judgment — professionals who can bring clarity to complex projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure the final product reflects both design excellence and execution discipline. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about craft, precision, and impact.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Production teams to deliver interior design solutions aligned with approved scope, budget, timeline, and desired aesthetic
Translate homeowner preferences, lifestyle needs, and market considerations into cohesive design concepts that enhance livability, resale value, and overall customer experience
Develop and present interior design deliverables, including floor plans, layouts, renderings, finish packages, and client-facing design presentations consistent with Revive standards
Prepare, manage, and maintain complete design documentation sets, including material and finish schedules, specifications, approvals, revisions, and as-built documentation when required
Source, specify, and evaluate materials, finishes, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings appropriate to project scope, budget, and availability
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to confirm material availability, lead times, substitutions, and installation requirements
Ensure contractors receive clear, accurate “like-for-like” documentation so finished work matches approved designs and specifications
Identify and resolve design-related issues during construction, including delays, substitutions, or field constraints, while minimizing impact to schedule, budget, and customer experience
Communicate effectively with homeowners, real estate agents, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates, clarify selections, and proactively address questions or concerns
Manage multiple projects concurrently, exercise professional judgment in prioritization, and maintain accurate records of all design decisions and approvals in Company systems
Who You Are
A designer who takes ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
Comfortable exercising judgment in balancing aesthetics, cost, timeline, and practicality
Clear and confident communicator with homeowners, contractors, and cross-functional teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in documentation and follow-through
Adaptable in fast-paced environments with multiple active projects
Proactive in identifying risks and solving problems before they elevate
Motivated by delivering high-quality work that drives real impact
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in residential interior design
