This role is responsible for outbound prospecting support, paid advertising coordination, social media and content execution, and event logistics. The position is structured and systems-driven, ideal for an early to mid-career professional looking to gain exposure to healthcare marketing and revenue operations.

Core Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Lead Management (40%)
Research and build prospect lists of outpatient physical therapy clinics using AI software and online databases
Source and verify accurate contact information through website and online research
Maintain organized and updated lead databases within CRM systems
Support outbound campaign preparation, segmentation, and targeting
Track list performance and ensure clean data entry
Assist in reporting outbound activity metrics
Paid Advertising Support (20%)
Assist in ad campaign setup across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms
Upload creative assets and input targeting parameters
Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reporting summaries
Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
Maintain campaign documentation and performance benchmarks
Social Media & Content Execution (30%)
Schedule social media posts on a weekly content calendar
Create video thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines
Edit and repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
Upload and publish content across platforms
Assist with formatting and distributing monthly newsletters
Coordinate basic graphic design needs in Canva
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Event & Vendor Coordination (10%)
Organize conference materials and manage shipping logistics
Maintain inventory of event materials, promotional assets, and swag
Coordinate with vendors for printing, shipping, and event needs
Support internal tracking of event timelines and deliverables

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication
