Nammo Defense Systems, Inc., a defense contractor, is the primary USA operation of the Nammo Group (Nammo AS). Nammo Defense Systems Inc. (NDS) develops, manufactures, and supports Shoulder Launched Munitions (SLMs), energetic material solutions such as aircraft emergency escape systems, actuation devices, rocket motors, warheads, and composite solutions including carbon fiber tubes and composite aerospace structures. This role provides vital support to the Marketing Manager, assisting with the execution and coordination of key marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator supports logistics, asset management, and campaign execution under the direction of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with internal teams. This role requires onsite presence, with limited hybrid/telework flexibility for part of the work week. How you will be rewarded as Marketing Coordinator

Assist in trade show coordination, including logistics and creative execution, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Support asset management efforts by organizing, maintaining and updating product models and branded marketing materials. Assist with multi‑media projects, including graphic design, video creation, photography and videography, and coordinate with external design agencies as directed, supporting decisions on in‑house versus outsourced work. Provide administrative support to the U.S. Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating vendors, and tracking deadlines. Support the U.S. Sales and Marketing outreach efforts by assisting with partnership and sponsorship logistics, including demonstrations and charitable events. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Communications Manager on content development, ensuring alignment with approved messaging and overall marketing strategy. Support execution of the company’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) under the direction of the Marketing Manager and in coordination with the Communications Manager. Support internal Marketing and Communications initiatives across U.S. sites and departments by coordinating messaging, materials, and timelines in alignment with established strategies and approvals. Follow standard practices and safety procedures. Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. COOPERATION

This role requires collaboration across internal teams for support of decision making, problem resolution, and the ability to perform work autonomously, or with a group. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. 4+ years of experience in a marketing role. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (required); basic video production (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Power BI and automation tools preferred but not required. Familiarity with photography and video equipment. Experience with travel/expense software (e.g., Concur) and database systems is preferred. Strong self-starter with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative within established processes. Hands‑on experience with marketing tools and applications, with the ability to adapt as platform evolves. Willingness to adapt to the defense industry’s unique environment, including occasional loud settings and hands‑on tasks. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international). Must be U.S. Citizen and willing to complete a background check and drug screen. Must be able to lift and move up to 30 pounds. The ability to gain BATF clearance COMPETENCIES
