TGC Worldwide is a platform architecture firm that develops and expands personal brands across books, film, live stages, and multi-media ecosystems. We build authority platforms for authors, executives, founders, and cultural leaders, and design is central to how those platforms are perceived.

We are looking for a designer who understands that aesthetics are not decoration; they are positioning.

Role Overview This role combines graphic design, Wix development, and video editing into a single, integrated creative role. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-impact brand assets across websites, campaign launches, digital funnels, and multimedia content. This is not a junior production role. You will be expected to execute independently and elevate brand presence.

Core Responsibilities Graphic Design

Develop cohesive visual identities for authors and personal brands

Design campaign assets (social, digital ads, email graphics, media kits, pitch decks)

Create campaign collateral and marketing materials

Maintain brand consistency across multiple active clients

Wix Website Development

Build and maintain custom Wix websites (not templates only)

Design clean, high-conversion landing pages

Integrate email marketing tools and embedded media

Optimize UX and mobile responsiveness

Troubleshoot performance issues

*Strong Wix proficiency is required. You should be comfortable designing and implementing without hand-holding.

Video Editing

Edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube clips, promotional content)

Cut long-form interviews into compelling short segments

Add captions, audio cleanup, and light animation where appropriate

*Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar platforms a bonus.

What We’re Looking For You:

Have 4+ years of professional design experience

Are highly proficient in Wix

Are strong in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Can edit video confidently and efficiently

Understand brand hierarchy and layout discipline

Can execute quickly without sacrificing quality

Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment

Do not need constant creative direction

Care about typography, spacing, and polish

Bonus:

Experience working with authors, personal brands, or media personalities

Motion graphics experience

Basic understanding of funnels and conversion design
