
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our clients video content strategy, B2B demand generation efforts, and email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with data-driven decision-making and understands how to turn complex B2B offerings into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Video Marketing & Content Creation
Develop and execute a B2B video marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Script, produce, and manage video content including:
Thought leadership clips
Optimize videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, landing pages, and email campaigns
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for social media
Track and analyze video performance metrics
Design and execute segmented email campaigns
Build automated lead nurturing sequences
Manage newsletters and outbound email campaigns
Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates and conversions
Maintain email list hygiene and ensure deliverability
Report on campaign performance and optimize based on data
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Proven experience creating and managing video content
