Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Public Relations Coordinator to support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple channels.

The Public Relations Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to strengthen brand reputation, enhance public visibility, and maintain strong relationships with media and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies and communication plans

Draft press materials, corporate communications, and official statements

Coordinate media outreach efforts and maintain updated media contact lists

Support the planning and execution of promotional events and corporate initiatives

Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports

Ensure all communications align with brand standards and organizational objectives

Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Professional presentation and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Proficiency in standard business and communication tools

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
