We're Hiring: Communications Manager
Location: Lee’s Summit, MO
Hours: 20 hours/week
The Communications Manager will lead all aspects of AFL’s public presence and storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promote all AFL events through strategic communication and marketing efforts
Manage and grow AFL’s social media presence
Oversee website updates, content, and functionality
Develop compelling materials that highlight and advance our work
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Qualifications
Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be active in a local Bible-believing church
Love crafting messages that inspire action
Have strong writing, design, and digital communication skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Passionate about advancing life-affirming work across Missouri
Motivated by goals and mission advancement
Energized by connecting people to a cause
Be a team player
