What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, qualifications, and other client deliverables
Assist with RFP and RFQ intake, organization, and scheduling
Develop proposal schedules, compliance checklists, and content outlines
Format proposals and supporting materials in various software applications
Track proposal status and support continuous improvement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
At least three (3) years of experience in proposal coordination, business development support, or related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in ClickUp, Aprimo, Salesforce, or Loopio
Internship or entry‑level experience in proposals, consulting, or professional services environments
Prior experience with public sector proposal responses
Shipley and/or APMP certifications and training
