Responsibilities As a Creative Director Copywriter, you are a multi-talented creative and strategic thinker who concepts, creates and produces high-quality work that is relevant to the brand and compelling to the target audience. You have advanced skills in idea generation, writing and strategy at an omnichannel level. You can direct a creative whether art or copy, motivate them and mobilize a team to get work done. You are able to work successfully across internal creative and account service teams as well as clients and external partners. This position includes continuous involvement on assigned brands to strengthen brand building opportunities and client relationships.

Together with your team, generate campaigns and ideas that are on-strategy for the brand and can live at an omnichannel level.

Concept and write for a variety of touchpoints, including advertising, promotional, digital advertising, video, social and articles, based on client direction.

Create concepts for the strategic positioning of new products and services, and creatively help lead the process from initial idea to final concept.

Lead or co‑lead assignments with a high degree of autonomy, including collaborating directly with legal, client teams and external partners.

Credibly communicate creative ideas and a well‑developed point of view to internal team, external team and to clients. Be able to contribute to strategic discussions and build upon feedback.

Enable success in other team members by sharing knowledge and inviting co‑ownership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

7+ years of professional experience with 3+ of those years in copywriting.

2+ years of experience working with a Communications agency or Client.

Other Requirements

Experience within an advertising/marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.

Experience with concept development as well as print, broadcast and promotional and digital copywriting preferred.

Benefits The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
