The Opportunity We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute the firm’s ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, organization, and follow-through. The right candidate enjoys both creative and operational work and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with firm leadership and attorneys to ensure marketing efforts remain consistent, professional, and active across multiple channels. This position is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility and visibility into how a professional services firm grows.
What You’ll Do
Design and manage content across the firm’s social media platforms and digital channels
Coordinate and prepare written communications including newsletters, blog articles, and client email campaigns
Manage website updates and online content publishing
Assist with photography, events, and general brand presentation needs
Manage ongoing client engagement efforts, including review requests and automated communications
Prepare and maintain submissions for legal publications, directories, awards, and professional recognitions
Create and maintain marketing materials, advertisements, branded items, and vendor orders
Work with management team to gather approvals and maintain marketing and submission timeline
Organize marketing calendars, systems, and operational tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of marketing, communications, or content creation experience
Strong writing and editing skills
Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media content management for a business or professional services organization
Familiarity with website editing or WordPress
Experience in legal, medical, financial, or other professional services industries
