Company Description Level Shoes is the largest luxury footwear concept in the world, owned by Chalhoub Group and headquartered in Dubai, UAE. With an unparalleled curation of designer footwear, accessories, and services, Level Shoes has expanded its footprint globally, recently launching its e-commerce platform in the United States. We are now seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead our US marketing initiatives and grow our brand presence in this exciting new market.

Role Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the US Communication, PR and marketing strategy for Level Shoes, with a strong focus on digital and social media marketing, events organization, communication, PR and digital/online activations. This role will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning and global vision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or e-commerce in the US

Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing, with hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.

Strong understanding of US consumer behavior, retail trends, and luxury market dynamics.

Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

Start‑up mindset: demonstrated ability to thrive in an unstructured, start‑up environment, working effectively within a small team and balancing high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
