Position Overview We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead global brand‑media advertising within the Performance Marketing center of excellence. You will be the subject‑matter expert on digital media best practices and will need to thrive in a role that can absorb key details from an overarching business strategy and translate those into a scalable digital marketing strategy focused on delivering measurable performance. As part of the Performance Marketing team, this role works collaboratively with brand‑marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and creative to create customer‑centric and data‑driven campaigns through a rigorous test‑and‑learn approach, with the overarching goal of delivering highly effective full‑funnel digital media plans.
The Media Manager will own and scale our DTC paid media program across digital channels to maximize results while maintaining cost efficiencies. This is a hands‑on role responsible for managing day‑to‑day campaign execution, testing strategy, and optimization across established and emerging platforms. You’ll manage existing channel performance (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) and identify new growth opportunities (e.g., TikTok, YouTube).
We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset striving to elevate strategy and process within a nascent function. Reporting to the VP of Performance Marketing, this is a high‑visibility individual contributor role central to scaling our paid growth engine and ensuring every marketing dollar drives measurable results.
Essential Functions
Strategic Thought Leadership: Develop and own full‑funnel paid media strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, and YouTube. Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to proactively apply new knowledge.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns to deliver against paid media contribution goals.
Budget Management & Forecasting: Allocate and pace budgets effectively across a diverse set of digital channels among regions globally and forecast media’s impact.
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Distill data into actionable insights and opportunities that drive digital media strategy and influence change across the organization. Analyze and interpret campaign performance data for continuous optimization.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and creative partners to develop customer‑centric and data‑driven media strategies.
Operational Excellence: Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent delivery across all accounts and establish performance benchmarks, testing protocols, and reporting standards that drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in DTC performance media execution, strategy, and channel management (agency experience preferred) that drive measurable business outcomes.
Background in eCommerce, with Shopify experience preferred.
Deep subject‑matter expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic display/video.
Data fluency with strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Innovative and proactive thinker with the ability to work autonomously and drive change.
Outstanding cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex concepts succinctly to a diverse set of stakeholders.
Excel in problem solving, innovation, team participation, and self‑motivation.
Ability to persuasively present ideas to colleagues and senior management.
Working Conditions Hybrid 3 days a week in office.
Compensation The anticipated pay range for this position is $87,800–$128,750 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
