Content Marketing Manager

with a strong audience-first mindset to join our content team and play a key role in executing our global content strategy.

This role requires a marketing professional with a solid background in content and inbound marketing, a strong understanding of performance-driven content tactics, and a clear view of how content supports demand generation across the entire buyer journey.

The Content Marketing Manager translates complex innovations and solutions into compelling, audience-relevant content that drives market education, demand generation, and brand differentiation. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures that content is strategically aligned and delivered with best-in-class quality.

Main Responsibilities

Apply expertise in strategic content marketing and inbound methodologies, working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. business development, product portfolio management) to develop content plans and messaging frameworks for product updates and innovations across divisions.

Own and manage the creation of product-related content assets—including product guides, videos, and website content—ensuring technical accuracy, market relevance, and strong storytelling.

Apply both creative and analytical skills to translate complex ideas into engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Project Management

Manage multiple content projects with competing priorities, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to execute the content strategy.

Proactively report on project status to your line manager, team members, and marketing partners.

Demonstrate excellent copywriting skills and proven experience in professional business writing and editing.

Communicate complex information in a way that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences.

Ensure consistent application of the Kardex brand language across all content assets.

Liaise with and provide direction to internal and external design and creative resources.

Manage collaboration with communications, media, and print vendors as required.

Your Profile

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in content development within a B2B environment, media, or an agency setting.

In-depth knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies, content management, and editorial processes.

Strong expertise in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.

Proven ability to develop creative content that attracts, engages, and resonates with key audiences.

Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and analytics.

Excellent written and verbal English proficiency; additional European languages are an asset.

Requirements

Experience in a content marketing role, preferably in a B2B industry; experience in or exposure to intralogistics or a related industry is an asset.

Ability to anticipate audience needs with a strong editorial mindset.

High attention to detail and an affinity for design optimized for marketing performance.

An energetic, passionate, and hands-on personality who enjoys working in a global team environment; proactive, eager to learn, solution-oriented, and motivated to make an impact.
