
TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to help scale our email marketing and demand generation engine by expanding our email marketing capabilities, building automated workflows, and driving more leads for the sales teams. This person will own the day-to-day execution of marketing automation initiatives with platforms like HubSpot, Clay, Active Campaign, and other third-party tools.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage & optimize email campaigns for multiple audiences
Develop automated workflows in email sending platforms
Edit email copy, run A/B tests, and improve deliverability & engagement
Support demand gen initiatives that help deliver qualified leads to Sales
Research personas, trends, and messaging to improve segmentation and results
Test new marketing automation tools and integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or similar marketing role.
Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, Clay, or similar tools.
Experience with or working knowledge of building workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, and multistep campaigns.
Working knowledge of analytics, UTM parameters, attribution, and conversion metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and measurable results.
