$75-$85/hour (Depending on Experience) Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading technology organization to hire a

Marketing Project Manager

for a short-term, fully remote contract. This individual will embed with internal teams to support marketing initiatives by driving coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional alignment. This role is best suited for a project manager who excels in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can influence stakeholders without formal ownership of delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

Integrate into established teams, workflows, and ways of working

Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams

Track execution of initiatives and ensure visibility of progress

Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks in Jira

Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and status updates as needed

Identify blockers proactively and escalate appropriately

Support Agile execution and sprint-based delivery cadences

Operate within defined governance, processes, and tools

Qualifications

Proven experience managing marketing or go-to-market projects

Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in Agile environments

Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in an embedded, augmented PM capacity
