User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategist (Social Media Manager) Reports to

Director of Marketing Job Summary

The UGC Strategist will drive our user-generated content strategy. This role will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and optimizing UGC across multiple platforms to elevate brand presence, connect authentically with our audience, and drive engagement. The UGC Strategist will work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure UGC initiatives are aligned with our overarching goals. Responsibilities

UGC Sourcing & Partnerships : Identify and source high-quality UGC from top-performing creators and brand advocates, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and goals. Trend Analysis : Stay up to date with social media and advertising trends, bringing fresh, relevant, and engaging ideas to our creative process. Content Targets : Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to set specific, measurable goals for UGC content performance, driving key metrics. Workflow Management : Develop and manage a streamlined UGC workflow from ideation to sourcing, editing, launching, and evaluating, ensuring smooth execution and quick turnaround times. Creative Reporting : Own the creative reporting process, using data-driven insights to assess UGC performance. Regularly pull and analyze metrics, preparing actionable insights and updates for the executive team. Content Roadmaps : Partner with Marketing and Design teams to create monthly content roadmaps that integrate UGC content strategically across campaigns and platforms. Reporting on the performance and tracking key learnings from each roadmap Creative Ideation : Research, conceptualize, and develop compelling UGC ideas using key tools like Magic Brief to fuel content inspiration and stay ahead of industry trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure UGC initiatives are aligned with brand messaging, seasonal launches, and marketing objectives. Quality Control : Ensure that all UGC content aligns with brand voice, visual standards, and compliance requirements. Qualifications

Proven experience in a UGC strategist, social media, or content strategy role. Strong knowledge of social media and content trends, with the ability to apply them in a brand-relevant way. Familiarity with creative tools and platforms such as Magic Brief. Experience in performance reporting and data analysis, with a focus on creative insights.
