Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a large client’s initiatives within their Marketing organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive PM who thrives in fast‑paced environments and excels at keeping teams aligned, schedules on track, and deliverables moving forward. While prior experience supporting marketing teams is preferred, it is not required. We are primarily looking for a strong, detail‑oriented project manager who knows how to drive execution. This role is a 6‑month ongoing contract and pays $50‑$55/hr.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting cross‑functional teams

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable “chasing down” updates and holding teams accountable

Experience managing schedules, timelines, and project documentation

Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)

Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment

Experience supporting Marketing, Creative, or Advertising teams

Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaign timelines, or creative production processes
