Krista + Home is seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer
to join our luxury residential design studio in Palm Beach Gardens. This is not a junior role. This is for a designer operating at a true luxury level — someone who understands that a home is not decorated… it is composed. We are looking for a design leader who thrives in high-expectation environments, collaborates seamlessly with architects and builders, and confidently manages projects from construction through full furnishings installation. Who You Are • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design • Palm Beach or New York market experience strongly preferred • Must live in Palm Beach County or adjacent • Fluent in construction documentation and jobsite coordination • Highly proficient in AutoCAD (non-negotiable) • Deep understanding of millwork detailing, custom fabrication, and architectural elevations • Confident presenting to ultra-high-net-worth clients • Experienced managing procurement, vendor relationships, budgets, and white-glove installations • Organized, detail-driven, deadline-oriented, and solution-focused You are polished.
