A fast-growing, B2B-focused organization is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand strategy initiatives. This role is responsible for building and executing marketing programs that directly support revenue growth, market expansion, and partner/channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Drive qualified lead generation to support partner/channel recruitment and revenue teams

Lead integrated digital campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization

Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives

Build audience personas and translate insights into compelling content and campaign assets

Manage performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid search, social media, email marketing, programmatic advertising, and conversion optimization

Oversee marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across campaigns

Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams to align messaging and growth initiatives

Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

What We\'re Looking For

Proven success in B2B marketing and demand generation

Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execute at a tactical level

Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and marketing technology platforms

Experience developing content strategies that align with ABM and revenue goals

Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data from multiple sources

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
